Privacy policy
AWA Network policy
The AWA Network privacy policy covers server access information, personal information supplied to the provider, and the risks of transmitting data over the Internet. Published contact details must not be used for unsolicited advertising. The service-specific information below describes how Jambins handles your account and webhook data.
The provider is AWA Network GmbH, Schöneberger Ufer 65, 10785 Berlin, Germany. Contact info@awa.network or +49 30 83797292. See the imprint for company details.
Accounts and email
Appwrite stores your email address, password hash, verification state, account preferences, and login sessions to provide and protect your account. Verification emails are sent through the Appwrite email service. Jambins does not send marketing emails.
Bins and status callbacks
Jambins stores your bin names, JSON applications, webhook access secrets, and received status callbacks. Applications, access secrets, and callback payloads are encrypted in the application database. Bin names, account associations, call IDs, timestamps, and status labels remain available to the service for indexing and display.
Status callbacks may contain phone numbers or other personal information supplied by your jambonz application. Only send information you are entitled to process. Common credential fields are redacted, but custom payload fields can still contain sensitive information.
Callbacks are kept for seven days and removed by scheduled cleanup. Bins remain until you delete them or your account.
Cookies, browser storage, and security
A necessary, secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. The browser stores the last-read event ID per account and bin to remember unread indicators. No advertising or analytics trackers are included.
Short-lived rate counters protect login, editing, and webhook endpoints. Infrastructure may also record access and security logs. These counters and infrastructure records expire separately from account data; contact the provider for information about infrastructure logs and backup retention.
Access and deletion
In Account settings, you can change your password or permanently delete your account, all owned bins, and their received callbacks. Deletion disables webhook endpoints immediately, removes active application data, and revokes account sessions. Read markers in the browser used for deletion are also removed. You can clear browser storage on other devices.
